Tamara Him Photography

My name is Tamara and I am a photographer born in Madrid, raised in Panama and now living in Dublin for the last seven years. After finishing my studies in Media and Photography, I worked as an event a photographer and then in TV, as a camera operator for TV Channel Telemadrid, TV Localia News (Madrid), TV 5 News (Madrid), TV Onda Seis (Madrid). I primarily focus on Headshots/portraits, photojournalism and event photography but I have experience in other areas of photography like Commercial Photography, Still Photography. One of the reasons I decided to come to Ireland was to discover a new culture. After photography, travel is my other passion. I am interested in projects that involve documenting interesting locations, cultures, social conditioning and moral dilemmas, to understand and document the human condition. I love to capture spontaneous moments and keep the memory forever. My photographs tell a story and invite the viewer to join me in my journey image by image. I have participated in a number of exhibitions in Ireland including: 2013 Photo Ireland Festival: “Where is your heart?
