Tandem Consulting - founded in October 2009 - delivers organization development and strategic change management support, complemented with IT architecture and systemic change services. Since mid 2016, Tandem Consulting has become the preferred partner for Organization Change Management to msg global Benelux. Within this strategic partnership, Tandem Consulting is now supporting the Credendo Short Term Risk organization - Belgium plus European entities - in their journey towards a major transformation of their IT landscape, of which the implementation of SAP for Insurance (SAP4I) forms a cornerstone. As part of the Credendo strategy, this project is a challenging yet important initiative that must ready the organization for the future. The Organization Change work stream is fully integrated with the agile type of implementation project, led by msg. Tandem Consulting has developed a tailor made, customized approach based on an iterative, co-creative and proto-typing way of working, which finds its foundation in Theory U from Otto Scharmer et alii. Tandem Consulting's approach is based on two important pillars. Key is the early involvement from the business organization, through strong change envisioning at executive leadership level, combined with strong and committed engagement from a number of enthusiastic and motivated Change Agents. These Change Agents are the liaison between the business, the implementation and support organizations, guaranteeing a continuous two-way flow of communication. Through a sustained stakeholder management - spanning the entire organization - the OCM approach is continuously and iteratively adjusted and aligned with both the progress of the implementation, and the evolvement of the organization.
