Our Team provides very significant experience in all aspects of the building process. Our strength lies in understanding the client's needs, recognizing what resources are available or required to meet those needs, and assisting our client in assembling the best talent to accomplish the goal. Tandem Consulting, LLC was founded in 2006 by Don Roundtree after 36 yrs of on-the-job training in architecture, code enforcement, building and heavy civil construction, and OSP Fiber Project Management. We are Program / Project Managers and Owner Representatives. Tandem is wholly owned by Don and Phyllis Roundtree. Our principal office is located in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
