Tandem Partners is a privately-held advisory firm founded in 2015, led by a team of Chinese and French nationals. Headquartered in Hong-Kong, we have an international physical presence with 2 subsidiaries in China mainland and in France. The company has 2 major activities: • Build businesses internationally: Alongside business owners, we co-invest and lead the international development of these successful brands and concepts, with a special focus on Asia. Our current business developments are- Tandem Fine Wines: Created from scratch in the late 2017 as the Wine distribution arm of Tandem Partners. With current offices already implanted in the 2 most important wine places: France and Hong Kong, the aim of Tandem Fine Wines is to become an international leader in fine wines and sales of private cellars- Puy du Fou Asia: Since 40 years, Puy du Fou expand and develop itself in France, and now became one of the best theme park of the world. Awarded by the most prestigious title since more than 5 years, Puy du Fou now export its knowledge and expertise around the world. After a first step in Spain and the opening of a theme park in 2020, Puy du Fou settle in China with several projects. • Financial & Strategic Advisory between China and France- Mergers & Acquisitions: Financial advice for mergers and acquisitions transactions. Completion of due diligences, research and selection of potential buyers, setting up the network of experts (lawyer, tax advisor, accountant), negotiation, support of the transaction - Fundraising: Business Plan Validation, investors selection, valuation and negotiation of the terms of the shareholder agreement, coordination of due diligences - Strategic Advisory: Coaching and Helping companies to fulfill their objectives and enhances their current models.
