Tango Alpha is the military phonetic expression of TA, TA being an abbreviation for Talent Acquisition. So, it is a bit of a wordplay to reflect our core competency, while also nodding to our status as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and veteran centric recruiting philosophy. The “3” is representative of our core differentiator, which lies at the intersection of Information Technology, Human Capital Management, and Veteran centricity. TA3 specializes in standing up teams to support distributed enterprises and have been a leading provider of Talent Management in support of the implementation and sustainment of Med COI (Medical Community of Interest), a single, secure, network enclave that enables consolidation of VA (Veterans Administration) and MHS (Military Health System) networks and allows for integrated Electronic Health Records (EHR).
