TANS Properties Limited is a Real Estate Company in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We started our journey since 2010. TANS Properties Limited has been working with a motto since it’s began journey. According to Population Estimation (2011), Dhaka is the highly dense populated area and 4th largest mega city of the world. It's main problem is rehabilitation. To solve the residence problem TANS Properties Limited has some intention. TANS Properties Limited will always try to maintain the quality and hand over the project in due time. Our clients already knows that. We are now the symbol of owner's trust. The policy of our design is largely influenced by customer requirements. The reputation of our company has been built largely on the standard of our construction. We use standard quality of raw materials and always design our apartment sizes and prices according to the affordability of our customers.
