I am a coaching and consulting professional with 18 years' experience of building, managing and leading teams and organisations. Most recently I have been operating at C-Suite and Board level at Integrity where I was accountable for design, delivery and learning functions, including oversight of the circa £20-40m portfolio. I hold a First Class BA Hons in Geography from University of Leeds and an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London. Most recently I have further invested in my coaching expertise at Henley Business School (Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching). I thrive on navigating complexity and have operated internationally across diverse geographies, cultures, time zones and themes. I have worked extensively within commercial organisations in the international aid and development sector, focusing on global issues including health, education, conflict, environment and economic development. I have spent my career working closely with private sector, government, philanthropic and other not-for-profit organisations. My services include- Professional and Personal Coaching: working with individuals (self-paying and organisation-funded) to establish your goals, create your own solutions and take meaningful steps to implement them- Organisation Consulting & Advisory: working with organisations on strategy development and execution, including clarifying and refining purpose, understanding markets, and building resilient, balanced organisations that deliver maximum value (including purpose, profit and people). This is particularly focused on supporting small, growing businesses (£1m-20m turnover) and/or organisations balancing commercial objectives with a wider societal mission.
