Taplin Yard, Pump and Power Equipment has been a part of the Western Massachusetts business community since 1892 and continues to focus on our heritage of local ownership with devotion to customer service and relationships. Our motto since our beginnings: “Let us serve you the best way”. The Taplin Company has been known for decades as a supplier of water pumps, water conditioners, pump repair service, and yard & garden power equipment. Since November 2006 when the Jagodowski family acquired the business, we have continued our commitment to being a customer focused business. While we have made renovations to our showroom and expanded our lines of power equipment, our focus is still on being the best in caring for our customer’s needs. We are a regional distributor and supplier of Goulds pumps, Zoeller pumps and Master Water Conditioning Equipment. We also stock many other lines and parts and can order most any pump. Our power equipment lines service both landscape contractors and homeowners with a full complement of eXmark, Cub Cadet, Ariens, Gravely, Billy Goat, Little Wonder, Stihl, Troy Bilt, Echo and Simplicity mowers, blowers, trimmers, and snow equipment. As a family business with dedicated employees (some here for over 25 years), we are devoted to our jobs and take pride in our work. Our focus is on customer service first. Sales representatives at F.C. Taplin are “in house” as well as “on the road”. What this means for you is that one day a week we are in your area (within 50 miles), and while in your area we can help you with parts, deliver small power equipment, deliver pumps or water conditioners, or simply answer any questions you may have, at no cost to you.
