Tapp Consulting Group is led by Gary Tapp, CMA. Gary holds a BS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a MS in Finance from Bentley University. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Gary has a long list of business expertise developed through his education and many years of professional career expansion. He has experience as a CFO for a foreign aerospace distributor, was a Regional Controller for a metals distributor, held a position as a corporate Finance and Planning Manager for a defense contractor and worked as a Division Controller for a commodity manufacturer. Throughout his career, Gary has successfully completed over 40 Microsoft Dynamics implementations and has over 11 years of experience implementing ReQlogic, a highly automated procurement system. Gary has lead projects to improve processes and reduce overhead costs by an average of 25 %. He has developed organizational performance reporting to forecast expected production costs using fixed and variable cost analysis. He is also responsible for designing and developing line item budgeting and tracking software to assist in implementing zero based budgeting. Tapp Consulting Group is now a SYSPRO™ reseller and will bring their years of experience in distribution, manufacturing and finance operations to help provide ERP solutions that will eliminate inefficiencies and ease pain points being currently experienced.
