TRS focuses on building a network of IT professionals while simultaneously vetting a client base with open IT positions. TRS has the capability to recruit nationally utilizing the Ohio office as their Recruiting Center of Excellence. With over 30 years of experience in the Human Capital Management arena, Taproot Recruiting Solutions was founded in January of 2011 with a simple idea in mind: Place the right candidate, for the right job, within the right company every time.
