We are a boutique consulting and healthtech software company working at the intersection of healthtech, medtech, pharma, and research-driven innovation. The company is led by Lilian Zsákai, a business developer and product strategist with 17 years of experience across pharma, life sciences, medtech and healthtech startups and spin-outs. Lilian has spent her career working with research-driven teams, founders, and investors — shaping value propositions, fundraising strategies, market entry plans, and go-to-market logic in some of the most complex, regulated domains of innovation. All client-facing workshops, investor readiness work, and strategic engagements on R2GConnect are personally delivered by Lilian. Behind the scenes, Targenta is strengthened by Dr. Daniel Eros (PharmD, PhD), co-founder and senior software architect, who brings over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical sciences, drug development, and complex healthtech software systems. Daniel supports projects by evaluating drug development feasibility, regulatory and pharmacological considerations, and healthtech software architecture, ensuring that business strategies remain grounded in technical and scientific reality. Over the years, we have worked closely with early-stage startups, university spin-outs, and applied research projects, particularly in pharma, medtech, and digital health. A recurring theme in this work is the difficult transition from “good technology” to a believable business and investment case. Many teams fail not because the science is weak, but because business logic, regulatory constraints, IP strategy, and investor expectations are misaligned.
