Targets2Reach is the Knowledge Institute for Modern Leadership and Conflictmanagement. Specialized in training and coaching on the job of teamleaders and teammembers in different types of organizations. By interviewing the management insight is created about what the strategic choices are of the organization. Once the strategy of the organization is clear, the option about which type of leadership is needed to achieve the strategy will be focused on. When a training is necessary, the managers will be trained. How this training looks like is depending on the relationship between management, team, output of the team and the goals of the organization.
