Maintenance, Project and Commissioning • Coordinating field Activities. Maintenance, Project and Commissioning • Site facilities & infrastructure management. Scaffold, Cranes, Rentals, Temp. Facilities, Camps • Configuring asset management systems & CMMS. SAP, Avantis, JDE • BOM Development • Material Masters. Specifying and purchasing spares, all disciplines • Reliability Program Development. Creation of RPD Work Orders and Care Programs • Contracts Administration and Procurement • Leadership for configuring support departments We provide services with experienced management personnel who are accustomed to owning facilities and managing work onsite. We have experience dealing with management functions related to industrial facilities because our people typically have management backgrounds either as the owner of a facility or a in a senior managerial role with a contractor/supplier. Trades, planning, contracts/purchasing and Engineering/drafting backgrounds are common.
