We are a clinic that uses a multi-disciplinary team approach to assess and treat clients with spinal pain conditions. We understand that painful conditions of the spine can be distressing for the client and the advice that people receive can be conflicting. Different therapists have their area of expertise and to get the best outcomes care may need to involve more than one therapist. To make this type of care successful communication between the therapists must be open and interactive. We have developed an assessment process that is comprehensive and this leads to defined care plans involving one or many therapists. The therapists regularly meet to discuss clients progress and the care plans can evolve as required. This model is supported by clinical research that shows better outcomes for clients with spinal pain.
