TaSte Consultancy is an independent organizational consulting firm, founded by Edwin van der Steeg and Albert Taminiau. We are convinced that it is possible to make working better and easier, and even more fun, in a lot of organizations and we want to help to achieve that! That’s why we advise and support organizations in improving operations, from process design to personnel planning, from reorganisation to IT implementation. We don’t use a standard methodology or way of working. We do provide a custom-made approach, based on best practices, experience and feasibility in the given situation.
