Ein Tandoori ist ein aus Lehm gebauter Backofen, der mit Holzkohle beheizt wird und in dem alle Speisen gegart werden. Dadurch bekommen die Speisen einen unnachahmlichen aromatischen Geschmack, der mit herkömmlichen Kochgeräten nicht erreicht wird. Auch wird in diesem Backofen unser Tandooribrot und andere verschiedene Sorten Brot gebacken.
