Taulah

Our name comes from Sobretaula - a Catalan word for the time spent at the table socializing after a meal. Our mission is simple: Empower local chefs to feed their community better food. We want this because the hours we work often leave us without the time to prepare our own meals. The marketplaces that currently exist are convenient, but also unhealthy and expensive. We often have no idea where our food comes from, who makes it, who delivers it, or whom to thank for a great meal.
