Tavan Hospitality Consulting was founded in 2014 by Dan Tavan, a career restaurant manager, entrepreneur, and Cornell/CIA-trained chef. Our goal is to help advise companies on industry trends, product development, menu development, food and wine pairing, HR opportunities, and entrepreneurship. Dan Tavan founded True Taste Seasonal Kitchen in Needham, MA in 2016 after managing and opening many restaurants in the fast casual, casual fine dining, and fine dining space. The kitchen operates as a catering facility, virtual restaurant, meal delivery service, caterer, culinary school, and gluten-free test kitchen.
