TAWANI Ventures is an industry agnostic early-stage venture fund based in Chicago that backs bold entrepreneurs building the future. We focus on investing in (but are not limited to) companies that have ties to the Midwest and feature diverse management teams. We primarily invest in companies looking to raise their first or second round of capital and make initial investments ranging from $200K – $500K. Our fund is structured to continue supporting our portfolio companies’ growth as they raise additional rounds of capital. We take an active role in supporting the founders TAWANI Ventures backs. We recognize each company’s situation and growth path is unique and tailor our involvement to best support our founders. TAWANI Ventures is backed entirely by Pritzker Family capital. Our single-family LP base provides us with greater flexibility when making investments and patience in realizing an exit on our investments.
