The idea to create anything useful in Armenia usually encounters with great and multiple obstacles. Particularly in case, when that idea contradicts with the plundering disposition of the corrupted circles of society; pursue their own interest everywhere and in everything, often on the account of interests of common people. But we have risked and initiated a rather interesting, perspective and what is more important beneficial for all society strata step in the sphere of transportation services of Yerevan city. This service sphere is the most criticized by our compatriots, particularly organization of transport and communication of the city. City council has undertaken the reconstruction and refurbishment of Yerevan parking lot for heavy transport. Spacious buses were imported to the country, instead of morally and physically worn out minibuses. The schedule of transportation facilities and their sanitary condition is kept under strict control. Meanwhile taxies remain in the background, despite the fact that the majority of complaints from the population refer to the drawbacks of taxi service. We intend to eliminate the reasons of those complaints, drastically improving the work of taxi services joining them into a unified virtual servicing system. The whole management process will be automated and the human factor will be minimized.
