I am a Certified Life Coach specializing in retirement and career coaching. We all go through inevitable changes throughout our lives where having a trained sounding board, who can ask the right questions, can reveal new possibilities and directions. I help my clients define the issues, challenge their assumptions, create a plan and actions steps and celebrate in their success. Through the process, my clients uncover their authentic selves and find better alignment between who they are and how they live their lives. We accomplish this as partners in a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and are challenged to think about life events in new ways. Our work will be based on the philosophy that you, as the client, have the intrinsic ability to determine the solution and steps to the life you want.
