Its partners have combined experience of more than 20 years litigating in state and federal courts throughout California. ATTORNEY PROFILES Matthew D. Taylor is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and has been practicing law in California since 2001. Mr. Taylor has extensive civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts and is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to co-founding Taylor Sethi Lachowicz, Mr. Taylor practiced with the firms of Latham & Watkins & Katten Muchin Rosenman. Rahul Sethi is a graduate of Loyola Law School and has been practicing since 2005. Mr. Sethi has been on both sides of the plaintiffs/defense divide and gained extensive litigation experience, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and extensive deposition and law and motion experience. Nikolai Lachowicz has been practicing law since Mr. Lachowicz is a graduate of Pepperdine Law School. He also obtained an L.L.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to co-founding Taylor Sethi Lachowicz, Mr. Lachowicz maintained a general private practice, litigating and providing counsel for numerous businesses.
