Author Taylor Van Arsdale's debut narrative non-fiction, Cocaine To Bain: Sex, Drugs, Rock ‘n’ Roll and the Inside Story of the Hollywood Guitar Center, has received three awards: a First Place Finalist, 6th Annual Beverly Hills Book Awards, Memoir; a Winner Second Place, American Book Fest, Nonfiction Narrative. She recently wrote and produced Midtown Mixup (a quirky comedy short) currently on the festival circuit. Her original Sci-fi thriller, The Rift was a finalist in the Write LA Shorts; a Reader’s Choice in the Live Read competition; and a quarterfinalist in the ScreenCraft Screenwriting Fellowship 2018. The Dining Needle received a Highly Recommended in the 2022 Letter Review. She coaches writers and has a successful online course for new Screenwriters.
