Tayross Associates Ltd is a CIOB Chartered Building Consultancy based at Monument House in Pinner, Middlesex. Our chief objective is to defuse the tension where present and bring harmony to the whole process. Provide answers and solutions to the not so obvious problems that are likely to arise. Carl O'Boyle is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor, Fellow of the CIOB and a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. As a former employee of Costain Construction & Engineering Ltd, he worked at a high level on prestigious contracts in the city of London. Following this, as the Managing Director for 20 years of his own building consultancy where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the construction industry. He currently sits on the Ethics and Code of Conduct Investigations Panel for the CIOB which has over members worldwide.
