TBASA has been formed to regulate the polycarbonate burglar bar industry in Southern Africa The association is a public, non-profit organization established for the following sole objective: To set the standards for the transparent barrier industry and maintain such standards It is our objective to involve and include all suppliers and installers of polycarbonate burglar bars as members of the association, to conform to a national standard acceptable to insurance companies, regulatory institutions’ and TBASA. Why TBASA? • To bring credibility and respectability to the transparent barrier industry. • To supply accredited installers to clients and the insurance companies, in order for them to be assured that we are looking after their concerns. • To ensure that all active role players in the industry are aiming towards a common goal.
