TBG Equity was founded by a team that partners with current business owners to invest and grow companies. Our investment model is simple—we have an established vision/strategy on how we will grow the business, provide financial and operational resources to execute the growth plan, and create value for all the parties involved. We are focused on established, profitable businesses where the current owner(s) is either looking to retire, partner with a proven team, or has genuine concern for the future of his/her business and employees. We provide owners a “second bite at the apple” – we only make money when the original owners make money while preserving the culture and longevity of the business. TBG Equity is certified by the State as a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). One way we anticipate growing the business is by leveraging the certification to gain new customers in targeted markets.
