TCAP ASSOCIATES was founded in New York City in 2006 by Drucilla Richards and Clara Kim to provide executive search services of distinguished quality to a small cadre of premier real estate clients. TCAP's practice is retained executive search with an exclusive focus on the commercial real estate industry. Our work spans all real estate asset classes and professional functions, and is up/down the organizational hierarchy from senior management to associate. We are very proud of our track record of excellent work. We measure our success, not by the number of assignments completed, but rather by client satisfaction and the placed candidate's tenure and career growth at the company. Most of our work is with repeat clients.
