TCC Capital was co-founded by Mr. TC Yam and Mr. Chris Chow in 2011. The company primarily engages in private equity, private credit, and green energy infrastructure investments in China, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Asia. Private equity investments focus on emerging technologies in different industries including healthcare, new materials, clean energy, and energy management. Private debt investments focus on investment opportunities with liquid tangible assets as collaterals. Green energy infrastructure investments focus on industries such as photovoltaics, energy storage, wind power, integrated energy management systems (EMS), EV power chargers, green energy trading, and carbon asset management In the past, TCC Capital primarily focused on the Greater China region, seeking special situation investment opportunities with real estate as the primary underlying asset and investment opportunities in the technology industry with significant local substitution potential. TCC Capital’s current focus is to use China and Southeast Asia as our base to expand into Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and other regions to seek more investment opportunities.
