Tchibo Budapest Kft. was established in 1991 as a subsidiary of Tchibo GmbH. Following the acquisition of Eduscho in 1997, Tchibo has become a leading player in the roasted coffee market in Hungary. We proudly represent three brands in the Hungarian coffee sector: Tchibo, Eduscho and Davidoff. We are also in the SPS coffee business, Cafissimo by Tchibo is our innovative coffee capsule system that combines convenience with exceptional taste. Designed for coffee enthusiasts, Cafissimo offers a wide variety of high-quality coffee blends, from rich espressos to smooth flavoured coffee, all in single-serve capsules. Since 2007, Tchibo has introduced a unique retail experience that goes beyond traditional coffee sales. Tchibo Shops feature high-quality coffee products, a variety of coffee-drinking options in our coffee bars and weekly changing assortment. Currently, we operate 8 stores across Hungary—6 in Budapest and 2 in the regions of Pécs and Kecskemét.
