I put together lucrative real estate deals so that my partners can make safe and consistently higher returns. My goal is multi-fold: 1) I bring a higher, more secure and consistent return for the investor than they are receiving through their conventional ways such as Saving Accounts, CD’s, IRA’s, 401K’s, Mutual Funds, or the Stock Market. All secured through Real Estate. 2) I make the deal as easy as possible for all involved. I find, buy, fix, and sell for short-term profits or manage the properties as rentals for long-term income. There is no work for the investor… I do it all. 3) I buy the properties below market price so there is already equity built in for a fail-safe deal. 4) I find the qualified renter who receives a fair market rental price and a home that shows like a “Model Home”. We pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship and will not cut corners to just save money or “get by”. This insures a fast process for renting or selling. 5) If selling is the option, we offer owner financing or lease-options to good people who are struggling and can’t qualify for the strict bank loans. 6) Together we help the community get back on track even if it’s one – house – at – a – time. In summary, the investor makes better money, I make money and create jobs, we help a family with affordable living, and the community is improved.
