TDA COWI is a fully owned subsidiary of COWI from January 2016. The company is an operational unit within the Bridge, Tunnel and Marine Business Line. Before joining COWI, the company operated as the business TDA Engineering. TDA Engineering had a close cooperation with COWI for several years and the merger was a natural step to formalize this successful partnership.
