TDW NETWORK INC.(TDW) owns and operates a website: The website was built with the ideal of “Unity in the Community” to bring Toronto’s multicultural youth together through online and offline interaction. Since the launch of the site in November 2004, TDW has experienced significant membership growth and activity. TDW empowers its users to communicate with friends, meet new people, watch/listen to media and express themselves. We have an active email list of youth (17 to 27 year olds) living primarily in the GTA. Each day to unique visitors come on to the website. There is a distinctive element to our website: local GTA ethnicity. At any given time during the weekday there are 400+ young men and women online; and the number significantly increases later at night and on weekends. Our revenue is derived through various forms of advertising: Banners, Blogs, Private Messaging, and coming soon regular newsletters emailed to our database members.
