We curate resources, share our own experiences and provide online learning and coaching to help you grow from a place of radical self-acceptance. Rachel Anderson, the founder of Tea & Empathy was a forester in her first career, but found it more rewarding to grow people rather than trees, and became an executive coach, working one to one with many hundreds of clients. But there are many metaphors and lessons we can learn from in nature which sit at the heart of our approach, values and teachings. A tree planted in a harsh environment may well survive, but will never grow to its full potential. Similarly people do not thrive in harsh critical conditions (whether they are external, or the internal environment we create for ourselves through our own internal dialogue)- hence the name of Tea & Empathy; an approach based on nourishment, safety and non-judgement where we can let go of our secret shame and self doubt, in order to Stand Sure and Grow Strong.
