Teach For Madagascar

Teach For Madagascar is a non-profit organization founded in November 2014. Its mission is to mobilize, recruit, and train educated individuals to contribute to the education sector. On November 8, 2021, Teach For Madagascar oficially became a non-governmental organization (NGO) and signed an agreement with the Ministry of National Education. Since its inception, TFM has recruited over volunteers to participate in its programs. These volunteers play a vital role in the organization's mission, and their commitment and dedication are essential to achieving its long-term vision. LET'S READ: DIARY NOFY (2019 - present) Launched in September 2019, the Let's Read project aims to promote the love of reading among Malagasy children. Through its flagship program, Diary Nofy, up to 2024, storybooks of two editions have been printed in Malagasy, French, and English, as well as in audio and Braille formats, and circulated in over EPPs (public primary schools), schools for visually impaired children, and associations working with children. LET'S CONNECT: TALY CORPS (2021 - present) TALY Corps recruits and trains highly educated university graduate students to volunteer and contribute to quality education in remote schools. TALY Corps supports FRAM teachers with skills and resources to create a positive learning environment and enhance literacy skills. TALY Corps produces and provides interactive didactic materials to accommodate the learning process.
