TeacherCoach intends to improve three significant problems in education: 1. School funding, 2. Low Teacher Engagement; 3. The decline of parent involvement in their child’s education. TeacherCoach (TC) introduces Personalized PD, through the first ever hybrid training platform for educators generating revenue for the school district. Districts can now save money by creating their own PD, while generating income through selling that PD and our unique sponsorship model. TC is a virtual training medium for educators, providing personal growth and professional development opportunities through coaching, webinars and online engagements. With TC, educators are supported in their home and work lives, through help with relationships, family, self and work engagements. Reduced stress and expanded expertise occurs through the four (Family, Relationships, Self and Work) main categories with nearly 200 engagements. Our white label portals embed directly into school district websites, easily monitored through our control management system. Schools can brand these portals to fit into their existing website, while having the maintenance free convenience of online access from any device at any time. Our brief segments allow educators to fit training into their busy schedules with minimal disruption. Districts become the hub of wellness in their communities as the dedicated district portal allows for parents to have free access to any of the personal growth (wellness) engagements.
