Teachers Intensive 108

Stacy Plaske and Jeff Logan are extremely pleased to announce an Essential Post Graduate Advanced Yoga Teachers Program. This program is offered to yoga teachers as well as students who are looking to become teachers, to profoundly deepen their understanding and knowledge of the tools of yoga including Sanskrit, safe and effective course planning, applied anatomy, injury prevention, Ayurveda, chanting and more. Perhaps even more importantly, one will be introduced to the two systems of Hatha Yoga that has in many ways have quite different methodologies. This approach will broaden one's understanding of teaching yoga as not just a set of rules and procedures, but instead as an intelligent process that requires self-study, reflection and practical application. Some of these 108 CEUs can be used for the Yoga Alliance requirements for the 500 hour program.
