Founded by Patty Burgess, Teaching Transitions is a nationwide, online end-of-life education company. Offering experiential and inspiring content, this program provides training and coursework for hospices, healthcare organizations and colleges and universities. Teaching Transitions employs the latest in online training tools and technology, and back-end administrative support for onboarding students, and monitoring progress. We offer a media-rich approach that allows hospices and colleges/universities to reach into their community for massive impact, and community engagement.
