Team 4 ELEMENT’s top priority is providing team members with the skill set to build great robots. The goal is inspire the students to think like engineers throughout the process. Their thoughts and newly learned technical skills help them form unique and creative solutions. At the end of 4 years on the team, team members not only leave with the skills to build a robot but also the skills to accomplish any task given to them. Skills include project management, teamwork, time management, and marketing skills.
