Team Culture

Team building: Revitalise your team in 2 hours and 9 minutes. The Team Culture™ Test is a tool that helps the team to discover its current culture through an online-test and a dialogue meeting where the test results are shared and discussed. The members of the team answer the online-test individually, and the team receives its test result as a Team Culture™ Profile together with a complete set of materials to enable the team to reflect on their team culture. The team will identify their hidden potential and will optimize their problem solving and knowledge sharing capacity. The team can carry out the Team Culture™ Test and the Team Culture™ Meeting by using the step-by-step instructions in the guidance notes. The team may also ask a facilitator to take care of the test procedure and facilitate the Team Culture™ Meeting.
