Team Jatayu

Team Jatayu is a group of 40 passionate Engineering students of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, GGSIP University, New Delhi and share one common goal, to make the best All-terrain vehicle in the world. A vehicle that is capable of gliding through any Terrain in the world. The team participates in various National and International events. Our major event BAJA SAE USA is organized by the Society of Automobile Engineers i.e, SAE. SAE is a globally active professional association and standards developing organization for engineering professionals in various industries. BAJA is an international racing competition in which students from different colleges all over the world showcase their engineering skills in the form of an ATV. SAE has been organizing these competitions since 1976 and every year almost 250 teams register for this competition. The team has a great history in these competitions. We have been crowned Champions of India in Enduro student India(ESI) 2018 and hold an overall world rank of 26 in Baja SAE International held at Maryland 2018.
