Renz meanwhile has been a commercial banker and business owner operator for years culminating in the sale of one of his companies. Through his business experience Renz has found systems to build a business without losing sight of taking care of customers. Together Heather and Renz come up with creative ways to market every listing they take. Often combining online and offline advertising to reach buyers in ways many realtors don’t consider. Meanwhile, when it comes to buying a home they use their network and technology to stay on top of what is coming to market and will visit as many homes as their buyer client needs to see until the right one if found.
