Team Pratt

Brad and Darleen Pratt both had successful careers in real estate prior to meeting in 2011 at the Re/Max on the Charles office. After teaming up on some projects together they made their team official and got married in 2013. They have ever since been branded as Team Pratt with the tagline “An experienced team always outperforms an individual”. Brad is a graduate of Boston College where he majored in fine art with a concentration in ceramics. He started his real estate career on Martha’s Vineyard being mentored by his father who owned a reputable real estate office. He also has a background in building and construction. Darleen is a graduate of UMASS Boston and then went on to earn her Masters degree at Lesley College with a focus on Human Resources. Darleen spent many years helping companies recruit and retain employees as well as managing policies and procedures. Team Pratt works with both buyers and sellers in the Boston metro-west areas. They are well respected realtors who strive to provide the absolute best customer service experience. Communication, knowledge and trust are what they most pride themselves on and have many raving fans because of these attributes. They continue to increase their knowledge by attending educational seminars and staying up to date on current trends in the industry. They have both achieved the Certified Residential Specialist designation which is the highest designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors. They are very proud members of the National association of Realtors, Greater Boston real estate board, Re/Max Platinum Club and Re/Max Hall of Fame. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with their daughter Olivia and their two dogs, Bella and Tyson. They love vacationing on the Cape and Martha’s Vineyard, working out together, and of course date night.
