Rich brought his expert people skills and negotiation skills learned from his experience in corporate human resources and his personal commitment to do business with the absolute highest level of integrity. Team Rich Richardson led the Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road office in number of transactions for a team in 2010, 2011, and 2012. In 2012, these transactions exceeded $25 million, and the team was honored as a member of the “Over 25 Million Dollars” Sales Club by the Atlanta Board of Realtors ®.
