For over 25 years, we’ve been a leading provider of behaviour support and de-escalation training across education, health, and social care sectors. Our award-winning programmes are accredited by the Institute of Conflict Management (ICM) and certified by the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD), equipping professionals with practical strategies to reduce risk, promote positive relationships, and de-escalate challenging situations. At the heart of our approach is the Team Teach 95% principle – 95% of our training focuses on understanding behaviours and encouraging de-escalation. Only 5% considers the need for physical intervention, assessed through a needs-based approach. By increasing staff confidence and competence, we support teaching, learning and caring, whilst promoting and protecting positive relationships. Our aim is always to minimise risk and maximise positive outcomes for all. Since 1997, we've trained over individuals and organisations across 25 countries.
