Team Unique

Team Unique is one of the world’s most successful synchronized skating teams. Team Unique is the 2013 Finnish Champion and 2013 World Champion. Team Unique has also been successful at many international competitions in Europe and in the United States. In addition to 2013 World Championships gold medal, Team Unique won silver at 2009 World Championships in Zagreb, Croatia. The team represents Helsingfors Skridskoklubb club, which has been awarded multiple times as the best skating club in Finland according to competition rankings. Behind the success are professional coaches with international expertise and talented, dedicated skaters. The team consists of 22 skaters aging between 17 and 24, with a passion and determination to become better athletes every day. –“We know what we need to do in order to be successful. We practice five days a week, totalling to more 20 hours of practice weekly.
