Teamarrow Racing Association

TeamArrow Racing Association is an Incorporated association established with the object to build and race vehicles to compete in the 2013 and subsequent World Solar Challenges. For 2017 the team designed and built a road registrable 2 seater solar electric vehicle - ArrowSTF. Our team includes past World Solar Challenge participants, highly skilled technology people, engineers and technicians, designers and mechanics. They come from all walks of life, but share a passion for making things possible and creating the future. Team Arrow is a Queensland based team that aims to show the rest of the world what can be done with home-grown expertise, true Queensland grit and local support. Team Arrows first car, Arrow1 achieved Pole Position at the 2013 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge and placed 7th in the Challenger Class division amongst some of the worlds leading educational institutions. In 2015 Team Arrow competed in the Abu Dhabi Solar Challenge where the team placed 5th with Arrow1. In June of 2015, Team Arrow announced a partnership with Clenergy to form Clenergy TeamArrow. At the World Solar Challenge in October the team placed 8th and bettered their 2013 time by 4 hours. The 2017 World Solar Challenge saw Clenergy TeamArrow place 3rd in the Crusier class with the 2 seater solar electric sports car ArrowSTF. Throughout 2018 Team Arrow has been pushing to road register ArrowSTF. In June 2018 Team Arrow partnered with Domino's Australia to compete in the 2018 iLumen European Solar Challenge in September 2018.
