Tec Apprenticeships

We are the apprenticeship department for TEC Partnership. Working with businesses of all shapes and sizes across a wide variety of business sectors, from small businesses recruiting their very first apprentice to large, national, or multi-national businesses that want to develop their own apprenticeship schemes. Across TEC Partnership, we offer apprenticeships in: • Business and Administration • Catering and Hospitality • Construction • Creative and Design • Education and Early Years • Engineering and Manufacturing • Hair and Beauty • Health and Science • Legal, Finance and Accounting • Sales and Marketing • Transport and logistics Our dedicated Vocational Trainer Coaches ensure apprentices learn Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours in line with the apprenticeship standard to pass their End-point Assessment and complete their apprenticeship. As one of the largest providers of further and higher education in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, the TEC Partnership serves thousands of students and employers through its colleges and training providers. The TEC Partnership encompasses a range of colleges, including Grimsby Institute, East Riding College, Scarborough TEC and Skegness TEC which offer an extensive array of vocational and academic courses tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. These colleges focus on delivering high-quality education that equips learners with the skills essential for both local and national labour markets. Additionally, the TEC Partnership is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with local businesses, ensuring that the curriculum remains relevant and aligned with industry requirements.
