Tech Cert Services Ltd are an Irish independent company providing Statutory Inspection to include Thorough Examination and Periodic Inspections to the Lift and Lifting Equipment industry These examinations are a specific legal requirement and are seperate to routine maintenance works. We are engineering inspectors and not maintenance providers. The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Applications) Regulations 2007 states that all lifts/lifting equipment must have a thorough examination carried out at predetermined intervals by a competent person who is sufficiently independent and impartial to allow objective decisions to be made.
