Tech Fuse Dsm

Launched in 2018 as Agile + DevOps Days Des Moines, the event was built to serve the local tech community with practitioner-led content focused on real-world learning and connection. In 2022, the conference merged with Agile Iowa, uniting communities and growing into consistently sold-out, two-day events welcoming 500+ developers, engineers, leaders, and executives from across the Midwest. As technology and teams have evolved, so has the conference. Beginning in 2026, the event rebrands as Tech Fuse Des Moines—a name that reflects a broader, more integrated approach to modern technology. The program expands technical depth with hands-on learning while continuing to explore DevOps, product mindset, leadership, and organizational strategy. What hasn’t changed is the foundation. Tech Fuse Des Moines remains a nonprofit, community-driven conference led by the same experienced volunteer organizing team. The event continues to be hosted at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center in downtown Des Moines, balancing high-quality sessions with intentional networking and meaningful connections. Tech Fuse Des Moines brings together developers, architects, managers, directors, executives, and industry partners to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and build the future of technology—together.
