A few times, technical excellence might be achieved, but the wrong product is built for the customer. Rarely, the right product is built for customers by the provider, in budget and time. Whenever it happens, your core business is outsourced, and it is tough to get it in-house because the expertise is no longer within the organization. In our vision, Product and Engineering have to work together to deliver value to customers, sharing the same goal and working as a product team. The core business of a company should not be outsourced. It will be what will make a difference with the competitors; agility to iterate is key.
